Sorry, but this is a big day for me so please excuse my selfishness…

The Milwaukee Brewers are in the playoffs for the first time since 1982.  This is big news to me and I thought I’d be nonpretentious about it.  Favre also threw for 6 TDs and Aarond Rodgers had a back injury and couldn’t quite play the game all the way….Things are starting to make sense here.  I love Favre’s quote…’we have potential to be a good team, but I don’t recommend any Jets fans buying playoff or superbowl tickets anytime soon.’

The Milwaukee Brewers are in the playoffs for the first time since 1982 and they are playing the Phillies….

peace,

i think i’ll sail around here

Can we also give a shout out to the Michigan/Wisconsin game?

Who knew that the Maize & Blue could actually beat the ‘Sconie Badgers?

    Go Blue!

You know, I used to be a Favre fan until this summer. All that whining and flip flopping really pinched my chode, so much so that I passed up the opportunity to draft him on two of my fantasy football teams. And in fact, I drafted Aaron Rodgers in those drafts. It was a good move for the first three weeks of the season. So I must say that yesterday was a shitty day for me. But I won’t rain your parade. For now.

The Packers organization ousted Brett Favre and pushed him into retirement. They even offered to pay $27 million dollars to him to stay retired. Favre decided to keep playing and Rodgers got to start in his first NFL game after sitting on the bench for three years. Apparently, Rodgers has a history of being a very healthy and productive quarterback…good luck with Rodgers as your fantasy QB!!

PS I’ve won a few fantasy football seasons.
