The L Word: A Love/Hate Relationship

I’ve watched The L Word on and off since season one.

Back when it first started, I even listed Mia Kirshner, Leisha Hailey, and Katherine Moenig in my “interests” on my Friendster account (which I then copied directly to my Facebook account.)

This weekend, mostly out of boredom and an inability to sleep, I caught up with season six (6).  Season 6, the current season, is the final season of the L Word.

The season opened with Jenny Schecter dying.  The entire season, a flashback, leads up to Jenny’s death.

My theory?  Jenny Schecter committed suicide.  It’s what she’s wanted since the beginning.

Even if you don’t love the L word, and you have no idea about “The Chart,” here’s a video Fortuna_Köln shared with me.  (You can make fun of him for owning the CD!)

I’m not embarassed. Pink hair was all the rage in 1994!
